Family Physicians

Definition of specialty practice

For the purpose of the operation of this Board the division of practice is defined as follows: A family physician in osteopathic medicine is a legally qualified Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) who does not limit his/her practice to any particular field of osteopathic medicine and surgery.
