The AOA has added three modules to the Clinical Assessment Program (CAP) to help you examine your practice's immunization effectiveness and identify strategies for improvement. The free online PROTECT immunization modules offer 20 Category 1-B CME credits each and focus on:
Each CAP PROTECT module consists of three three stages:
1. Assess performance through a self-assessment survey and 20 patient chart reviews
2. Build and implement an action plan based on your results from Step One
3. After a minimum 30-day quality improvement intervention period, reassess performance by analyzing data from 20 new charts to create a comparison report.
