​The AOA Division of Affiliate Affairs offers leadership development, membership marketing, operations management and strategic planning. In addition, we offer professional development opportunities for executive directors and staff.

AOA Affiliates, Partnerships, and Teams

The American Osteopathic Association works closely with a number of groups to encourage growth of education, science and knowledge of osteopathic medicine. These groups provide a number of services by location, by specialty and within different areas of the osteopathic medical profession.

State & Regional Osteopathic Medical Associations

Each state has an osteopathic organization that represents the interests of DOs.

Osteopathic Specialty Groups

Organizations that represent the osteopathic specialty practices (Family Practice, OMT, Radiology, etc.).

Osteopathic Colleges

The AOA accredits 26 osteopathic medical colleges in 32 locations throughout the United States.

Non-Practice Affiliates

Colleges, foundations, health care groups and other organizations that work closely with the AOA.
