James M. Lally, DO
James M. Lally, DO, is an AOA board-certified family physician. A fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Dr. Lally serves as president and chief medical officer of the Chino (California) Valley Medical Center, a Prime Healthcare Services Incorporated facility. He also is a clinical professor of family medicine at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (WesternU/COMP) in Pomona, California, and at Touro University California, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo.
Dr. Lally has been the USA Shooting Team physician since 1993, traveling with the team to world cups, world championships and the Olympics. He serves as chairman of the International Shooting Sports Federation medical committee and is an active member of the International Olympic Committee’s medical committee.
In 2015, Dr. Lally received the San Bernardino County Distinguished Service Award. He is past president of the American Osteopathic Foundation.
After serving as a physician’s assistant in the Army, Dr. Lally earned his osteopathic medical degree from what is now WesternU/COMP. He completed his internship and residency training at the former Doctors’ Hospital of Montclair (California), where he served as chief resident.
