The next meeting of the AOA Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) will be held on Friday, Aug. 25; Saturday, Aug. 26; and, Sunday, Aug. 27, at the Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O’Hare Hotel in Rosemont, Illinois.

Review of accreditation activities will begin on Aug. 25 at 10 a.m. Central. The following accreditation items are on the agenda.

Comprehensive branch site visit report:

  • Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine-Auburn (Auburn, Alabama)

Provisional site visit report:

  • Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (Meridian, Idaho)

Focused site visit reports:

  • Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine-Bradenton (Bradenton, Florida)

  • Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine (Stratford, New Jersey)

Substantive change requests:

  • Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) – class size increase and additional location in Moultrie, Georgia

  • Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine (Henderson, Nevada) – class size increase
