The next meeting of the AOA Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) will be held on: Thursday, April 6; Friday, April 7; and Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Washington D.C.
Review of accreditation activities will begin on April 6 at 1 p.m. Eastern. The following accreditation items are on the agenda:
Initial accreditation site visit reports:
Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine; Dothan, Alabama
Campbell University-Jerry M. Wallace School of Osteopathic Medicine; Buies Creek, North Carolina
Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine; Indianapolis
Provisional accreditation site visit reports:
Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine; Fort Smith, Arkansas
Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine; Las Cruces, New Mexico
Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine; Lynchburg, Virginia
University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine; San Antonio, Texas
The COCA will also review progress reports and annual reports; discuss proposed changes to the COCA standards; and consider nominations to Evaluators Registry.
