Annual Business Meeting of the AOA

The 2012 AOA Annual Business Meeting will take place July 17 - 22, 2012 in Chicago. The AOA Board of Trustees meeting begins July 17, followed by the annual meeting of the AOA House of Delegates on July 20. 

Resolutions for review and action by the AOA House of Delegates must be submitted no less than 30 days prior to the start of the annual business meeting. Resolutions for action by the House of Delegates received late are subject to review by the Rules & Orders of Business House Reference Committee.

    The figures for the Official Divisional Delegation Count (May 2012) for each of the Affiliate Divisional Groups attending the AOA’s 92nd Annual House of Delegates meeting have been computed according to the number of AOA members in each state and the military as of May 1, 2012.
