In a 11/2/11 article published on HealthNewsDigest.com​—a website that delivers breaking news for health care professionals, consumers and the media—Philip L. Creps, DO, an AOA board-certified psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist, discussed the importance of recognizing signs of substance abuse in teenagers who suffer from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Dr. Creps presented on the topic during an OMED 2011 seminar. In addition, AOA Chicago office staff reported seeing Robert Fulford, DO, on the local Fox TV affiliate educating viewers on a basic breathing exercise.
