Top AOA Strategic Goals Identified

The AOA Strategic Planning Committee convened in Miami today under the leadership of AOA Trustee Robert S. Juhasz, DO, Chair.  The Committee reviewed their progress in achieving the major goals and objectives delineated in the AOA Strategic Plan 2011-13. The Committee also continued developing the AOA Strategic Plan 2014-16 and the top 15 goals for the osteopathic medical profession contained therein and budget priorities associated therewith.  The collaborative process used to identify these goals evolved from the “teamwork” planning retreats hosted by Dr. Nichols during her Presidential Year. By working with stakeholders across the profession to identify shared priorities, the AOA strives for a sense of osteopathic family unity as we work together to achieve our top goals.
