  • The Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific was featured in a 4/6/12 Los Angeles Times article examining COMP’s humble beginnings, its enrollment of 1,000 students—up nearly 40% since 2000—and its mission to provide care for patients in underserved areas. 
  • A 4/11/12 Columbus Dispatch article covered development of a branch campus of the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dublin, which is expected to open with at least 50 students in fall 2014. 
  • An interview with Dr. Jean-Marc Schwarz, professor at the Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine-California, is featured on the website of the “60 Minutes” TV program​ regarding his work on the conversion of sugar to fat and how this relates to excessive American consumption of sugar.
