In case you missed it, the 3/27/12 episode of the “The Dr. Oz Show” features two osteopathic physicians discussing solutions for pain. Lillie Rosenthal, DO, an osteopathic physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist in New York City, demonstrates how DOs can use osteopathic manipulative treatment to treat patients with neck pain (at the 2 minute mark). Dr. Rosenthal then joins Christian Whitney, DO, a pain management specialist in Greenwich, Ct., along with two MDs, to offer ideas for inexpensive pain solutions.
