Leaders at Sports Med Conference and TCOM 

AOA Trustee Boyd R. Buser, DO, is attending the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine (AOASM) 27th Annual Clinical Conference, taking place 4/18-22/12 in Louisville, Ky.  Dr. Buser has been asked to speak at tonight’s Fellows Award Banquet to convey President Levine’s “Thinking Osteopathically” message and induct the new AOASM officers.  He will also provide an update on AOA activities to the 200 expected attendees at tomorrow’s General Session.  In related news, AOA Past President William G. Anderson, DO, spoke to students at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine on 4/19/12, focusing his remarks on the extraordinary opportunities available to osteopathic students and physicians and the importance of maintaining osteopathic institutions for now and future generations.  Tomorrow I will join Dr. Anderson in the “Lone Star State” to address the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association House of Delegates in Austin.  ​
