Senior Staff Retreat in Chicago

​Today the AOA Senior Staff held its Annual Summer Retreat here in Chicago, which is held each year after the Annual Business Meeting.  AOA Senior Staff considers this Retreat as our first step in setting the foundation for advancing AOA philosophies and strategic goals for the year.  We began the Retreat with discussions on how we can transform the AOA to meet our members’ changing needs as heralded by AOA President Ray E. Stowers, DO, in his Inaugural Speech.  Each Department Director highlighted ways in which they plan to align their daily departmental activities to achieve the goals for each Strategic Pathway to be set forth by the Strategic Planning Committee initially this Fall.
