Media Advocates Interviewed at OMED 2010

Speaking of OMED, media coverage of our 115th Annual Conference continues. AOA Trustee Joseph A. Giaimo, DO, conducted an interview with Men’s Health magazine from the OMED 2010 Unified press room about the results of our survey on men’s health issues and the importance of men visiting a physician for screenings and other preventive care. An article is expected to run on the Men’s Health’s website this week.  That same day Robert Danoff, DO, responded to questions from Fitness magazine about cold weather induced asthma for the February issue’s health Q & A Column. In addition, J. Blake Casher, DO, was interviewed by a writer for the Washington Post for an article on things the elderly can perform at home to test their mental skills, balance and memory.  We will highlight future articles when they are published.
