Collaborative AOA Strategic Plan Posted

Speaking of the Strategic Plan, over the last six months AOA family members – state osteopathic medical associations, osteopathic specialty colleges, and non-practice affiliates – have participated in several collaborative planning sessions to provide input on the AOA Strategic Plan.  These sessions focus on teamwork among family members in pursuit of common goals and objectives that aim to improve the osteopathic medical profession at-large.   Today we shared with the Greatness Corps the 14 goals and objectives that the AOA family believes should be among the AOA’s top priorities, which have been incorporated into a revised draft of the AOA Strategic Plan 2011-13 that can be read on the AOA Daily Reports Blog.  What do you think about them?  Your opinion matters – share it with the AOA today.

We must free ourselves and thereby our patients from government edicts and private insurance demands to survive and thrive.  We should advocate for less US government intervention/intrusion, massive insurance reform including competition by selling policies across state borders, and malpractice reform.
