AOA President Martin S. Levine, DO, MPH, is visiting the A.T. Still University – School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona (ATSU-SOMA) today to meet with osteopathic medical students, leaders, and faculty. After touring the ATSU-SOMA campus with Interim Dean Thomas E. McWilliams, DO, President Levine addressed first-year students about how to “think osteopathically” throughout their education, training, and careers. He then met with leaders of the ATSU-SOMA chapter of the Student Osteopathic Medical Association to hear their concerns and discuss ways the AOA can better help students navigate their changing environments. ATSU-SOMA enrolls 112 first-year students, 48% of whom are SOMA members, and 429 students overall.
