President-elect Stowers at OOA Convention

AOA President-elect Ray E. Stowers, DO, is in the “Sooner State” attending the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association’s (OOA) 112th Annual Convention, themed “Mission Possible: PQRI, Medical Homes and Practice Re-design,” which is taking place 5/3-6/12 in Norman.  Last evening, President-elect Stowers attended the OOA VIP Dinner and Board Meeting and a reception hosted by current OOA President LeRoy E. Young, DO.  Today, Dr. Stowers participated in the OOA Opening Session, at which AOA Past President James Zini, DO, spoke, as well as the OOA Annual Business Meeting.  He will provide an AOA update at tomorrow’s Physician Leadership Luncheon and will attend the President’s Banquet on Saturday, where Layne E. Subera, DO, will be installed as the 2012-13 OOA President.
