AOA President Martin S. Levine, DO, is attending the Association of Military Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (AMOPS) 29th National Conference, taking place 5/3-6/12 on the Georgia Campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (GA-PCOM) in Suwanee, Ga. This evening President Levine will provide remarks to the 80 attendees at the Conference to update them on recent AOA advocacy and issues facing the profession at the 2012 Annual Meeting in July.  He will attend the AMOPS President’s Banquet and participate in the Induction of members into AMOPS’ Conclave of Eagles.  Prior to leaving New York yesterday, President Levine sat in on a New York State Osteopathic Medical Society meeting, run by newly elected NYSOMS President Anna Lamb, DO.
