There’s Now More in the Store

For years, members of the osteopathic family would have to order their “What is a DO?” and “OMT: Hands On Care” brochures by calling the AOA and sending a check. Well, no longer. A couple months ago, the AOA launched a new online store, which not only has these updated brochures, but also has customizable versions available. Now, you can personalize your brochures—or business cards or letterhead—with your own practice information. You can even change the photos.

You will also find specialty items in the store, like DO pins, and the book, Effective Medical Communication by our very own Arnold Melnick, DO. The book offers health professionals practical advice for improving their medical writing and medical speaking.

I hope you take this opportunity to place your order for patient education materials. After all, National Osteopathic Medicine Week is coming up soon – April 15-21.
