DO Pride

As you can see by this picture, I’m certainly not shy about showing my pride in the osteopathic medical profession. Originally, only “MD” was allowed on license plates with the word “physician” in New Jersey.  That is, until we got the law changed to also allow “DO” on physician plates.

Do any other osteopathic family members out there have a vanity license plate promoting DOs? If you have a picture of your own plate or a picture of another way that you show your DO pride, please share it on the AOA’s Facebook page.

Great photo! I like how it says DO and physician both just in case there is any question what the DO stands for.
