Ravinder S. Jarial, DO, is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon on staff at Marlette Regional Hospital in Marlette, Mich.
In December 2008, Dr. Jarial founded a blog, RSJ Plastic Surgery, devoted to the exchange of ideas, questions and concerns about plastic and reconstructive surgery. He uses the blog to offer advice and reassurance to patients considering surgical procedures.
After graduating from the Kansas City (Mo.) University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995, Dr. Jarial completed a general surgery residency at Garden City Hospital in Garden City, Mich. In 2008, he completed a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery through the Henry Ford Health System in Warren, Mich.
