Ronald V. Marino, DO, is the associate chairman of pediatrics at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, N.Y. He also is a clinical professor of pediatrics at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine of New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury and the State University of New York Medical School in Stony Brook. 

As a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for JAOA— The Journal of the American Osteopathic Association, Dr. Marino acted as a supplement editor for the JAOA’s April 2008 issue and authored an editorial message about the importance of counseling adolescents about the HPV vaccine.

Dr. Marino is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing. He completed both his internship and residency at Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. In 1985, Dr. Marino completed a fellowship in behavioral pediatrics at the University of Maryland in Baltimore.
