William Kirby, DO, is an AOA board-certified dermatologist currently in private practice at Kirby Dermatology, A Medical Corporation, in Beverly Hills, Calif. He is also the medical director and co-founder of the “Dr. TATTOFF” laser tattoo and hair removal clinics, which are located in Beverly Hills, Irvine, Calif., and Encino, Calif.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kirby is at the forefront of dermatology in the media. He is one of the featured physicians on E! Entertainment Television’s “Dr. 90210” and he frequently makes appearances as a guest dermatologist on the daytime, syndicated medical talk show “The Doctors,” originally airing on CBS. Besides his work in television, Dr. Kirby serves on the health advisory board for both Healthy Aging and Skin & Aging magazines.
Dr. Kirby received his osteopathic medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where he is also an associate professor in the division of dermatology. He completed a medical internship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, followed by residency at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach in California, where he served as chief resident in the Department of Dermatology.
